What are the cancellation policy for short stays?
- Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date.
- For cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- From 7 days before arrival, 90% of the price will be charged, unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
What are the cancellation and booking policies for long-term stays?
- Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date.
- Changes or interruptions to your stay must be notified 4 weeks in advance.
- For cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the first week booked will be charged.
- From 7 days before arrival, 90% of the price will be charged, unless the apartment can be rented to another guest.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets in some suitable apartments on request for a fee of €15 per day. However, we ask that you be considerate of other guests and our own pets.
Is smoking permitted in the apartments?
All apartments are non-smoking rooms. However, there is a designated smoking area on the balconies and in the partially covered patio. Violation of the smoking ban will result in a cleaning fee of €150 for rooms and €250 for suites/apartments.
How to Check-in?
Check-in is contactless using a numerical code. You will receive all the necessary information by email two days before your arrival.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in is from 2:30 p.m., earlier on request, and check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
Is there parking available directly at the apartment?
A car park with a wall-mounted electric charging station is located in the courtyard between AD1716 and Cityhouse. Otherwise, free parking is available approximately 100 metres away at the Mainkai car park; it is best to enter this into your satnav when arriving.
Ist WLAN free?
Yes, all our apartments have free high-speed WiFi.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, upon arrival, not only will fresh towels be provided and the beds made, but you will also find toiletries and spices in the kitchen, as well as a supply of fresh coffee beans and tea.
Is there a kitchen or cooking facilities available?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, while the studios have smaller kitchenettes, also equipped with everything you need, including a kettle and coffee machine. Spices, sugar and a supply of tea and coffee are also provided.
What is the location of the apartments?
Centrally located and quiet in the heart of Marktheidenfeld, Wagnergasse is situated in a traffic-calmed zone between Mainkai and Marktplatz, both only around 50 metres from our apartments. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance (2–5 minutes).
How to pay?
By advance bank transfer or PayPal, credit card or in cash upon arrival during normal office hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), cash
Do we get a confirmation?
Yes, immediately after booking, you will automatically receive a link to the guest app, where you can read all the latest information.
What should I do if I have not received a booking confirmation?
Please check your spam folder in your email inbox. If you cannot find the email there, please contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
Can I change my booking?
At any time within our cancellation policy, provided that another date or apartment is desired and available.
How can I find out if my preferred date is still available?
Our online booking system shows you in real time which apartments are available at which times.
What happens if I have to cancel?
That depends on the date. When booking through an online portal such as booking.com or Expedia, you specify your cancellation options yourself when making the booking. For direct bookings made through us, our terms and conditions apply, although we have more flexibility with direct bookings.
How many people can stay in the apartments?
The occupancy varies depending on the apartment. Details can be found on the apartment page.
When is the best time to book?
The earlier, the better – especially during holiday periods and trade fairs.
Can I also book at short notice?
Yes, provided we have an apartment available, you can book and check in until late afternoon on the same day.
Can I book several apartments at the same time?
Of course, we have customers who book all apartments at once for several days, weeks or even months.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
The gallery suite is fully accessible. The other apartments are spread over three floors and there are steps at the entrance to the manor house and in the courtyard leading to the stables.
Is there a minimum stay?
Not in the studios and superior apartments. In the maisonette apartments, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and in the gallery suite and Cityhouse WG9, the minimum stay is 3 nights; however, depending on occupancy, we are willing to be flexible if possible.
Can I buy a voucher or give one as a gift?
Of course, people love to use them and give them as gifts for weddings or milestone birthdays.
How i get the keycode?
You will automatically receive an email two days before arrival with the code and a map showing the location of the apartment and key box.
Is there a cleaning service during my stay?
For longer stays, we offer interim cleaning services. Final cleaning is always included.
It is possible to view the apartment in advance?
If it is not occupied, we would be pleased to arrange this during normal office hours.
Can we book by phone?
Yes of course between the office-hours 8:00-12:00 und 13:30 bis 17:00.
Can I select a specific apartment?
Yes, in the booking calendar you can select the desired apartment and your preferred dates directly – provided it is available for the desired period.
What is included?
Our prices include everything from taxes to the initial kitchen equipment, toiletries in the bathroom, bed linen, towels and final cleaning, as well as interim cleaning for longer stays.
Are longterm-bookings available (for weeks or months)?
Of course. That’s the rule rather than the exception for us.

Around the market square, you will find a selection of restaurants: whether you fancy Asian food at the Chinese restaurant, Mediterranean cuisine at Savvas’ Greek tavern or classic Franconian fare at the Bräustüble – one of the best brewery restaurants in the region.
For your daily needs, you can easily reach a bakery, butcher and supermarket on foot – as well as fresh bread rolls, regional specialities and everything you need for a cosy breakfast in your apartment.
